What makes Aemous different from other antidetect browsers?

Most antidetect browsers inject JavaScript overrides — which are detectable by fingerprinting scripts that look for prototype tampering. Aemous modifies Firefox at the engine level, so spoofed values come from the same C++ code paths that a real browser uses. There's nothing to detect. On top of that, marketplace automation (OTP, auto-login, queue verification), Signal event intel, drop monitoring and Link Launch are built in, not plugins.

How does native fingerprint spoofing work?

Every profile is assigned a deterministic seed. From that seed, Aemous derives a unique fingerprint capsule covering canvas noise, WebGL vendor and renderer strings, audio context output, hardware concurrency, device memory, installed fonts, and timing jitter. Values are consistent within a session and unique across profiles — with no JavaScript in the loop.

Which marketplaces does the automation support?

Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, and Paciolan are fully working — auto-OTP detection and submission, auto-login, presale queue verification and checkout autofill. Checkout autofill also covers MLB and Seated. AXS automation is in active development; in the meantime Aemous Proxies+ is already proven on AXS, Paciolan and other marketplaces that burn ordinary proxies.

What proxies can I use?

Bring your own HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5 lists, connect IPRoyal or Proxy Labs residential pools from the Integrations page, or use Aemous-native proxies: Residential, ISP, Mobile, and the new Aemous Proxies+ — our latest residential network, built for the hardest marketplaces such as AXS and Paciolan. Each profile gets its own proxy, sessions stick to the profile, rotate or reset with one click, and timezone is derived from the proxy's geolocation automatically. Aemous Proxies are add-ons available on any tier.

What is Aemous Proxies+?

Proxies+ is our newest residential network, running on its own Aemous gateway. It was built for the marketplaces where standard residential pools get flagged — AXS, Paciolan and the like — and has proven to work reliably there. Sessions stay pinned to a profile for six hours, you can target by country, state or city, rotate or reset from the profile in one click, and a live usage meter in the toolbar shows exactly how much data you have used.

Can Aemous forward my Hotmail / Outlook emails automatically?

Yes. Connect your Hotmail, Outlook.com, Live, or Microsoft 365 mailboxes and Aemous manages the forwarding for you. Maintaining Hotmail's native forwarding by hand is painful — it's set per account, breaks silently, and quickly becomes unmanageable across many inboxes. Aemous creates and manages native Outlook rules — up to 10 named rules, each with its own filters and up to 10 destinations — so Microsoft does the sending and a copy of every matched message lands in your Aemous inbox. Ticketing mail that Hotmail drops into Junk is rescued and forwarded too. Aemous also monitors each connected account's health in the background and alerts you in-app if one needs reconnecting — for example when Microsoft locks an account or its password changes — so forwarding never quietly stops without you knowing. It's built into the browser and included from the Standard plan up.

How do SMS numbers and the inbox work?

Connect SMS Pass or Text Chest and your numbers become available to profiles. Every email and SMS that arrives shows up in one inbox inside the dashboard with the OTP detected and highlighted, auto-filled into the page that asked for it, and a desktop notification so you never miss a code.

What is Aemous Signal and how many credits do I get?

Signal is event intel for ticket markets. Point it at a ticket page — from the browser toolbar with Analyze Current Site, from the Chrome or Firefox extension, or by pasting a link into the web app — and it runs Verify, Research, Score and Review to return a 0–100 score, a Target or Avoid verdict and a recommended play. It handles single events, multi-day runs, college sports seasons and parking passes. Every browser tier includes free Signal credits each month: 10 on Standard, 30 on Premium, 60 on Platinum and 100 on Enterprise. Need more? Signal plans are sold separately and the included credits stack on top of them.

What is Link Launch?

Set a default profile for a site once and every link to that site opens in it — whether you click it inside Aemous or anywhere else on your computer, such as a drop link in Discord, an email, or a checker alert. Profiles with a failed checkout or still inside a rest period are skipped automatically. Standard covers 3 sites, Premium 10, Platinum 20 and Enterprise 50.

What does Aemous Checker add?

Checker watches the events you care about and fires a drop feed the moment tickets appear. Tell it which profiles to launch for each marketplace and Aemous opens them for you when a drop lands. Checker runs on its own account, which you connect to the browser from the Aemous Checker page.

What support do Platinum and Enterprise plans include?

Standard includes email support and Premium adds priority support. Platinum and Enterprise get dedicated support plus access to a private, dedicated Discord server — direct line to the team, faster turnaround, and a place to get hands-on help without waiting in a general queue. Enterprise also adds a dedicated account manager, custom integrations and an SLA.

Where do the addresses on generated profiles come from?

When Aemous generates a profile it resolves the address through Google's geocoding, so you get a real, plausible street address — house number, street, city, state, and postal code — that matches the profile's country and locale. No more manually hunting for valid addresses or risking flagged, made-up ones; every generated profile is assigned a verified-looking address in seconds.

How do sub-users and permissions work?

Premium plans include 2 sub-users, Platinum includes 5, and Enterprise includes 10. Each sub-user is invited by email and registers their own account. You then assign them access to specific profiles with 13 granular permissions covering what they can view, create, edit, delete, import, and export.

What happens to my profiles if I cancel?

Your data remains accessible until the end of your current billing period. Before cancelling, use the bulk CSV export to retain all profile configurations — fingerprint seeds, proxy assignments, account data, and tags.

Which platforms does Aemous support?

Accepted Answer

Aemous runs natively on Windows 10/11 and macOS. User agents can be spoofed to present as Windows, macOS, or Linux with platform-consistent WebGL renderers and font stacks. A native Linux build is on the roadmap.
